Reformers include:
- Quiet and soft bed glide system, thanks to its system of 8 vertical and horizontal PU wheels. Quiet precision bearings.
- One pair of double rings (hands and feet).
- One pair of quick release, adjustable and detachable shoulder rests.
- The padded headrest offers 3 positions: 2 above the bed and 1 flush with the bed.
- The rope is adjustable. Holes in the bracket allow excess cord to be placed under the device for maximum comfort.
- Springs: 1 black (very hard), 1 red (hard), 1 green (medium), 1 blue (light), and 1 yellow (very light).
- A pair of pulleys are attached to the riser allowing for different positions.
The tower includes:
- Rod made of chrome plated iron.
- The push bar is made of solid wood and can be adjusted to 4 heights. Includes seat belts.
Solid drop bar. - Pair of foam handles.
- Upholstery for covering the surface of the reformer. Easy to install and convert to tower use.
- Long springs: 2 blue (light) and 2 yellow (very light).
- Short springs: 2 green (medium), 2 blue (light), and 2 yellow (very light).
- There are 19 hooks around the tower for multiple positions.
